With WeWork losing over $1.25 billion in its third quarter, tenants are realizing they don’t have any protections to remain in their space if the company collapsed. A scary thought for most business owners, who are now reconsidering traditional leases.

One Search CEO Dan McCarthy, who rejected WeWork for 370 Lex, told Crain’s, “We didn’t want to be around for the inevitable collapse, and in the meantime, we found this great new office at 370 Lex. We are delighted to have moved, and enjoying our fresh start.”
